Ice Cream for dinner...

After surviving a long 9 days without Alan I told the kids we could have ice cream for dinner (I cheated and fed them toast first). If you have ever had the Chili's Molton cake you know that there is nothing out there like it. If I am going to indulge this is where I am going... My 9 days alone went well except the last few- which were so bad I was counting the hours for Alan to arrive home. We missed him.

My sister came along. Thank goodness for that.
Look at those dirty faces.

Love it! I have never indulged in molten cake but it sounds heavenly. Just what a tired mama needs...chocolate! So glad you got your hubby back.

The Molten is the best dessert on the planet. Craig and I are always fighting with forks to get our fare share. Love this idea. Yum!

9 days without your significant other?!? Wow, you're a trooper! I hope you had a margarita to wash down that molten, chocolate cake!
The picture of you and the kids is too cute...

Mmmmmmm! I think I need to go to Chili's. I love the molten cake and it's been too long.

I am glad Alan made it home safe. You looked a little frazzled Sunday. I think if Ryan were gone for 9 days I would need lots of moltens to make it through.

I've done this before. Mostly just because I did not want to clean up after a long week without Michael!!!

Is he traveling for work? Good luck!!!!!

So you look fantastic after nine days alone!!!

We love Chilis, but will have to start ordering the cake before dinner! There's never room for dessert after I've pigged out!

Chet is out of town all week and the twins are both teething, like getting 3 or 4 at one time teething! So I think ice cream for dinner sounds like a great idea! and I love Chili's! Although I have never had the dessert you mentioned. See this is why I can't stick to my diet!!!

Chris travels a lot for work. I think we counted up 14 full weeks he was gone last year, plus the countless 2-3 day trips in between. You do whatever it takes to survive. How fun to have chocolate for dinner!
