Jacob- Mom when I opened my drawer there were tons of socks and underwear and all the really good jammies.
Yeah kid I know I have been behind...
Slowly but surely the laundry is finally getting done.
and when I think I am almost done it will suddenly be full again. Maybe we should just wear swimsuits every single day and rinse them out at night at bath time. Then maybe the baskets would get empty and stay empty.

WHOOHOO! yay for clean laundry! way to go on that! man it is a never ending battle. and kids and husbands often don't appreciate it. and and extra GOLD STAR FOR PUTTING IT AWAY!
and i am totally loving your new blog makeover! love the tape measure in the topper! i need one of those!
LOVE your new blogwear!!!!!
Yeah, I HATE laundry, even WITH the new front loaders, though it definitely cuts the time I soend on it in half!
Yeah to Jacob for noticing and commenting on your laundry work! I used to hear, "Honey, I'm about out of socks." Now that I'm home and the drawers are full of clean laundry I don't hear anything! What's up with that?!
My family knows to walk the laundry line very carefully. If you complain that you don't have any, Mama will give you an earful about all of the other things you required of me all day that kept me from washing your smelly socks. Horrible, I know. But helps me keep my sanity!
Oh and LOVE the new look. And check me out, I am coming up in the ranks. Angie, look out, I'm comin' for you!
Hmmm....now there's a great idea! The thought of doing the laundry putting it away and the basket NOT filling up again...oooh, I love that idea.
Lovin' the new look, very nice!
laundry is a tough subject in our house too. the washer and dryer are downstairs, and the girls have just now gotten to an age where they will let me go down there without them. and how do you fold laundry with two 2 year olds "helping"?!
oh, and i really love your new layout too! i decided to post a new comment, because apparently it's the thing to do. i'm way low on the rankings, too!! hehe.
Ok, so where we live we may actually be able to wear swim suits every day...I like this idea. Hmmmm...
I hear you there girl! I am on my 3 load already today. Joey changes his clothes at least three times a day. I don't understand it. As soon as he is home he changes. Then if he likes what someone else has on and wants to match them he changes again. I tell him that he needs to stop this, but it still continues.
I like the swimsuit idea.
Maybe those nuddist colonies had the right idea.
♡ Yay for laundry! I need to finish mine still.
LOVE LOVE LOVE the header and layout! So cute! :)
Sounds good to me!! Love your new look!
Awesome fab blog look! Love it. Strong work with the laundry! Putting it away, you must be some kind of superhero!
Good for you! Although at my house I never say I'm done with it, just caught up. With 5 kids the laundry is Never Done. Where is our Alice when we need her? :)
Oh I am never ever done either!
That is a very very good idea! I'm chronically behind on laundry, too. And cleaning, in general, come to think of it.....
I love your new blog look! I am with you on the swimsuits all day. My oldest (Age 3) is in the only underwear stage and it is really saving me in the laudry department:).
Jacob is so funny. It's times like that we know we are appreciated more than we know. Yay for you now I have to get busy tackling my laundry:(. Love the new blog look!
I'm up to my armpits in laundry today! :) It is nice to have the laundry clean, folded and put away! :) I like your new design. DId you do it yourself?
Nice blog do. I thought I dialed the wrong number at first. I miss those great pics of the kids. But these are good too, just not BIG!
I hear you! Mine wouldn't be so bad if my four year old would stop changing outfits six times a day...and putting perfectly clean clothes into her hamper. She DOES love to help me fold and put it away-a definate plus!
I can totally relate to the enthusiam Jacob shares in that the "really good jammies" are clean. Life's simple pleasures. hah hah
Oh, and the new layout if fabulous! Who do you use for headers?
Laundry is the easiest thing to get behind on and the hardest thing to catch up on. Except maybe exercise:)
Laundry is a daunting task-- one that is never done! Cute new layout.... I love the colors. I have missed the NICU 2 months in a row. Yikes! I am planning on July for sure.
ah... laundry!
tagged ya! check out my blog
Oh I hear ya on this one...... Why must kids wear 4-6 outfits a day? Why oh why?
I have the HARDEST time keeping up with laundry. Not the washing and drying part. The folding-and-putting-them-away part. Working on it ;-)
Love the reaction to opening the drawer.
