Covering more ground faster than ever...

I could not help but post this...
Dear UPS guy,
I am sorry for ordering so much online so I can avoid driving to malls and stores and being out in the cold. I am sorry for forcing you to deliver all my packages on a bike! Whatever they are paying you is just not enough and that $5.95 flat rate shipping was sure a steal too!

O.k. this picture was taken by someone I know after her UPS man made his delivery in Maine with a lot of snow on the ground. I have yet to spot one in my neighborhood but if I do I will feel very sorry indeed!

Oh boy. If I ddin't see the time stamp I'd be convinced it was a time warp. Geez, that's crazy. We had a lot of black ice in MA and I used to see my mail man slipping at least once a week. It was terrible because he was kind of old. AND, grumpy as heck. One day he actually talked to me and told me during the winter he slips and falls flat on his back about once a day. No wonder he was ornery, I couldn't hang with that for what they pay. At all.

By the way this is not one UPS man's idea of fun. Apparently holiday help can be seen riding bikes company wide (I had to search it out on the internet). LOL!

The person who thought that up for the company must live in Florida or Southern California. Who knows maybe that guy is training for the next Tour de France.

I never knew that UPS delivers by bike. I can assure that there are no biking delivery people near me. I would have noticed for sure! Poor guy!
