Every fourth of July the kids and I are up early to go to a parade at Grandma's and Grandpa's house. There is lots of fun and candy. After the parade we spend the day playing with friends. We later returned for a bbq and fireworks.
This year our group was missing two important people. On Lindsey's birthday we gave her tickets to see Miley Cirus at the Stadium of fire. So Alan and Lindsey headed of for that after they enjoyed the meal with us. It was a great night full of family and fun. The kids, all of them, were tired by the end of that big day.

Hey...I thought you said you were posting the cute picture of us together, not the cute picture of you and the bad one of me. Sigh...at least, it's not the cat ears one. ;-) And, it was a fun day!
looks like fun times! we were bummed to miss the avondet's party but we couldn't make it... we'll have to catch up at the next one!
Your day sounds like it was a blast! We were with my hubbies family this year and really didn't do anything. We were at their lake house, but I was trapped indoors! No fun!!
What a fun night for Lindsey! Did Dad enjoy? (My husband actually likes her music!!!!!)
