The end of the world as we know it...

Big girl beds...

There is a lot of jumping going on

There is a lot of giggling

Even some pretend sleeping

Just a tip, covering your eyes gave you away girl!

Some hiding

Some seeking
and very little real sleep is being had. Finally asleep (almost midnight).
All of these photos were taken hours after bedtime! They are getting better about not getting out of bed but that has not cut down on the giggling. Tonight (past 10pm) they were giggling so loud I went upstairs to investigate. Both girls in bed just laughing. Hailey told me simply, "we just can't stop laughing" and they did not for atleast another hour. Over nothing! WHOA is me. It's so interesting to me that even though they could get out of bed for months (and did from time to time) this new room has been so exciting.

I LOVE their beds & spreads!

Maybe they'll sleep in a little if they're going to bed so late? :)

Sleeping in, I wish. Those early morning moments I wrote about were AFTER the big girl bed switch and after the late night fun and games.

Just hearing the story of them giggling and staying up late makes me wish I had a twin sister! What a fun little relationship.

Those beds are so cute! I have a twin sister and believe me- there were many nights like this!

I know you are tired,Laura, but those pictures are PRICELESS! Its a slumber party with your best friend every night! Aside from Mom's sleep deprivation, what could be wrong with that??

You are living what I am dreading... twins on the loose!

I'm not sure if I should laugh or cry. I could laugh at how funny and sill your girls are or cry that in about a year, this will be my reality.

The girls are beautiful, Laura, despite their antics.

Your girls play so well together that I'm not surprised to hear that they laugh well together, too. Their room looks so cute! Did they at least sleep in this morning?

I love those beds and comforters.

They may not sleep in their beds but you can tell they love them.

The new furniture is almost as cute as the girls. They probably feel like princesses. I think the ability to have a good nights sleep ends when you start having children.

I bet they are still getting up at 6:30 too huh? It is pretty cute to hear about all the fun that they are having together..better than fighting, but I do feel for you with the loss of SLEEP as you knew it.

First of all, those beds are adorable. What PERFECT little girl beds!!

Secondly, your girls are even more adorable than the beds. I know it's hard because it was so late, but honestly, giggling so hard they can't stop is SO cute!!

How FUN! Your girls will remember this day for a long time to come! I've been wanting a new bedroom set too...and I think when I finally get it, my night will be exactly like that!

Their room is darling! These pictures totally remind me of me & my twin! We would never go to bed & even after I was married it was hard for me. I would want to talk for an hour before going to sleep! They are so blessed to have one another, I hope they always stay close.
