I heart boys.....

So girls are full of pretty little things, but boys can be quite the opposite. Jacob has been spending his days digging for worms (ick).
He is dirty from head to two and so are my bathroom counters, my wood floors, and my bathtub.
I still heart little boys, the sense of adventure and discovery. Just don't make me touch snakes, worms, snails, and please limit the dirt when possible!
Truth be told Lindsey is right out there with him playing with the worms (yuck)!

Turst me, we know worms and all sorts of critters. Lilly is a bug whispere, I'm not joking! I have completely gotten over any bugs issues because of her passion. OK, for lunch. It's so easy it's crazy. Literally I just buy the 6 pack of canned chicken from Costco (these are great for soup to. I'm REALLY lazy!) HEat it up on the stove, add a couple of spoonfuls of salso. Put is on a multigrain tortilla and sprinkle cheese on top. SO delicious. And not too bad for you. Tell me what you thik!

BY the way, for some reason I can't proofread my comments anymore on my computer. Wierd I know. Anyway. You only need to open one can of chicken! Ha! Save the rest for later! And I'm partial to the green salsa.

I couldn't comment on your little girl blog - well, without a tiny bit of envy that you have three adorable little girls to play with.
(That is one desire of my heart that God hasn't granted yet). BUT I can totally relate to your boy post. As I am writing this Elijah just let out a HUGE burp and then ran over to me all excited about it. Now he is back to playing basketball in the living room. Isaiah picked up a baby snake yesterday...boys are such funny little things, aren't they? What would we do without them?

My son once dug for worms and put them in his pocket for safe keeping. Then I did laundry and got a huge surprise.

I can't be mad though. When I was little, my best friend and I had a worm hospital and "operated" on the worms to save them. I am positive we killed more worms than we helped, but we didn't know that at the time.

Hi Laura,

Thanks for visiting us and leaving a comment. I finally had a chance to come over and peek at your blog! Your kiddos are precious...love the worm pics:) I know my girls would love being out there in the dirt as well, but I think the worm would end up in their mouth---YUCK!
