Pumpkin Cake

Gather some help and

4 Eggs

1 cup of oil

1 16 oz can of pumpkin

1 2/3 cups sugar

2 c Flour

2 tsp Baking Powder

2 tsp Cinnamon

1tsp Salt

1 tsp Baking soda

1/2 tsp Nutmeg

1/4 tsp Cloves

 

and

Watch for taste testing…

It’s easy Lindsey did a lot of it.

Put all ingredient together and mix.

Bake  350 for 20 min.

Let it cool and ice with cream cheese frosting.

3 oz cream cheese softened

1/2  cup butter (softened)

1 tsp Vanilla

2 cups powdered sugar

Milk to taste.

Whip.

Delish.
