Tell me how can faces so cute cause so much trouble? In one day Sydney and Hailey together unloaded the dishwasher by throwing the dishes in the sink, thus breaking three glasses and nicking Hailey's hand! Then Hailey managed to get her diaper off at nap time (even with duct tape) and get poop everywhere for the third time this week. She has also learned how to get out of her footed Jammie's and do this too! While I was cleaning up that mess they headed downstairs, they began snacking on baby carrots. They have not yet mastered the art of swallowing the carrots so they chewed them all up and spit them out all over the house... the couch, the carpet everywhere! Upon discovering this horrible new mess they moved onto the bathroom (someone left it open) and they proceeded to put everything they could get their hands on into the toilet. When I arrived on the scene (very shortly) they were scooping up the water and drinking it! I almost lost my mind! I then undressed them from their wet Jammie's and stuck them in their cribs called Alan and told him to hurry home. Maybe you are wondering what I was doing during all these events, well... cleaning up the messes. Most days aren't quite so eventful, but that day they were lucky they were so cute! By the way the look you see on Sydney's face is a classic Sydney smirk, she gets this glint in her eyes when she is going to make trouble, its truly her! Hailey really doesn't have quite as mischievous a nature, but she sure seems to get into the same trouble with Sydney. I just don't get that smirk from her while its happening.

your girls are adorable, how could anyone soooo cute, get into so much trouble...lol. mine have not gone on a ramgage like that yet, but we have had a few fun events like that, just not in the same day. my girls also know how to take their foot pj's off, but have yet to do it with their diapers (kaylee did it twice a few months ago, but seems to have forgotten). i probably am jinxing (sp) myself now. anyway, aren't you glad all days are not like that. thye do these things to keep us young and moving i think. hopefully you don't have too many more days like that. have a great week!
Laura,
So fun to read what your little twinadoes can do after looking at their angelic faces........their eyes give them away though....there's definitely a sparkle there that reminds me a little of mischeif in the making. :)
Hi
I saw your post on my cousin Sandy's (A view from Baltic Drive) and so out of curiousity I linked to see your blog. This entry made me laugh AND be grateful that someone else sounds like me! My 20 month old sounds like he is the male triplet to your twins! The toilet playing, diapers escaping, and kitchen unloading are things he has done in the past two weeks!
Nice to meet you in "blog" land - these things have kept me sane through this long winter!
Stephanie
