I don't want my blog private (I have a hard time visiting private blogs as regularly as I would like because you cannot use a reader to help) but its been eating at me for a while that my pictures aren't secure.

This will make a window pop up when someone tries to click on your pictures to capture them (try to right click on a picture on my blog and tell me if it works)

These helps protect you from robots and phishers and searches. Oh and make sure you check no to allowing google searches.

I changed my preferences to partial feed (now all reader readers have to click on my blog sorry).
Is it full proof, no? But it helps a lot. I feel safer. I hope you will too.

remember it's not 100 %. so being careful about whats posted it MOST IMPORTANT!
if people have skills enough to do screen captures, know about dragging pics off the page onto the desktop, and using the explorer tool bar they can still grab stuff.
people have been testing my blog,i knew it worked but didn't want to give out more information to people that don't have that knowledge.
I totally used all these tricks too. II am so grateful that Crazy Mama let us all in on these secrets.

*sigh* yeah, I lost a lot of traffic when I went private, but I have to stay private. I am not trying to avoid any pervert blog hoppers though, I am trying to avoid one person in particular. (a psychotic family member) Anyway, I may just take some of this advice anyway to add to the security. Thanks for sharing!
