The saddest pictures you have ever seen ...
I cried dropping my girls off at their first day of Preschool.
Then I went to run errands. Alone. I started to feel less sad. Maybe even a little free. It wasn't long. I think after the drive time I had an hour or so alone. It's just three days a week. The girls were over the moon. Dressed with "pack packs" and feeling like big girls. Kindergarten is still eons away (right)?

Your girls are so adorable! I love the picture of them standing in front of the door-their expressions are awesome:) I got a little sad for you reading this. I bet it's nice to have a little alone time, though.
So cute!
The backpack is just about as big as she is! They really should make some smaller ones for the wee ones.
They look so cute. Even though it was sad I bet it felt nice to have some free time.
You've done it! YOu've sent all of your kids off to school at the same time for the first time. I think I'm going to be a basket case. Hailey and Sydney look so cute!
Did you add your name to Mr. Linky? I didn't notice it. I'll have to go look.
Alone time! What! What ever did you do?!? :) I'm glad the girls had fun, enjoy your little bit o' freedom as all too soon they will be in 1st grade and be gone all day. Sniff.
They look darling I love their outfits! You have a great eye for the clothes. Your a woman after my own ♥.
My husband calls me a Clothes Whore, I told him that's a compliment. :):)
♥ They looks so cute! My kids call them pack pack's too! How nice to have a little time to yourself. I'm looking forward to a little of that! :)
They are OMGoodness too cute! I think I will cry too when my girls go to preschool. I love their 'pack packs'...very stylish :)
They are sooo cute. I hope they had a good time. I will need an entire box of tissues when mine go to preschool next year.
When Luke went to preschool camp this summer I sat outside the door for a while because I just couldn't let go. When I looked through the window he was playing and having a great time and it kind of made me sad that he wasn't missing me. Then I slapped myself and said, "Are you nuts?!" lol! Luke starts preschool tomorrow and I'm so excited!! He really likes the school and is comfortable going since he went to camp there. I also have my MIL all morning and afternoon, so I've got FREE TIME! Wow! I hope your girls had a good time and enjoy their school.
Wait. 3 year old or 4 year old school? And I wasn't sad when my youngest went off to school. Straight to get a pedicure is more like it!
gorgeous - is that gap
so cute and so fun! I love preschool it is just long enough to be fun but not so long you miss them:)
Oh, they are just so adorable, they will do great! And you know with your other kids...it gets better. I hope. :)
By the way, to do the mosaics that I've been doing lately, I use this free (gotta love FREE) program:

:)
They look adorable, Laura. And they'll have a ball at pre-school. (So you should enjoy your free time while you can!)
=)
How does time fly??? I will really cry when Kinder rolls around. Your girls look absolutely adorable! Enjoy your free time:)
Oh you SOOOOOOOOOO deserve this time ALONE!!!! You DEFNITELY should enjoy it and not feel sad at ALL. Oh man what these 2 have put you through with their antics....
I am not one of those moms who will be sad when my youngest goes to Kindergarten. I am SOOOO celebrating! probably with a nap, but I will celebrate! LOL
Amazing how empty you can feel one moment and how freeing you feel in the next-it can be very liberating.
They are possibly the cutest ever!
Yup we have them of the same age all around. 1st grader boy and preschoolers. I don't have any older, but we have the same with that match up. And it makes me get a teared up seeing you drop your girls off! So heck yes--- if you need a friend to cry with I'll cry with you. I feel your pain. But the grils sure look darling!
Oh and I had a laura enter the girly dos giveaway I didn't click, but I thought it was you! I am so sorry!
Those are two adorable preschoolers!
Gabby started preschool too so I know how you feel with no kiddos in the home... Enjoy it Laura. The house is quiet, you get more accomplished, and then when you pick them up you have more time to spend with them.
Love the pic in front of the front door. Too stinking cute.
Are you serious? I would think you'd be having a party and cranking up the music once you got a minute to yourself... but i understand they are your babies so it must be hard. They are so cute- I can see you're a perfectionist with their hair and clothes. Now I am wondering how long do they really look like that?! Mine only last about 2 minutes then they pull out their hair or change the shoes or whatever. Ugh.
ADORABLE!! I know what you mean about how wierd it is to have the kids at school...and I still have one with me at home! :)
Your family is beautiful!
How long does it take to get them all ready? They look so adorable! I barely get one daughter dressed, plus the twins and I'm exhausted!
I love the shoes...a small way for the teachers to tell them apart :) Very cute!
I'm not ready for my twins to go out on their own and be big kids! Preschool is here at home with me..... maybe I'll be ready for kindergarten, maybe!
It is hard to have your babies grow up!
they are SO cute though!
