Ironically the girls were wearing shirts that said "L is for lovable" today. They have been anything but lovable. They have been having fits all day long. Nap time went awful (again). I sat outside their open door till they went to sleep (to avoid them getting out of bed), they did eventually fall asleep which lasted all of 30 minutes and they were out and screaming at me again. I know they are overtired which leads to more tantrums. Things better get better or I am going to lose my mind! It's been such a hard week with them not sleeping and up ALL THE TIME!

Okay - I TOTALLY feel your pain, but that last picture made me laugh so hard! I'm telling you - I have the little boy triplet to go with your two here! I've seen that face often.
Isaiah thinks if he tells loud - he'll get me to move faster. UGH!
I share your pain. Just when I think Vivian is doing a good job with the new big girl bed we have a night like tonight...getting out of bed, screaming for me, crying. Oh, please, child, I just want to wind down!
Do you know that this is the first time I can remember seeing the girls with slightly less than perfect hair? I'm so sorry the big bed adjustment is not going well. If it makes you feel any better, ALL of my kids were terrible today. I'm pretty sure they somehow got possessed last night.......
BTW: These pictures are priceless. Couldn't get a better shirt! :)
The day after Halloween, when all the sugar is coursing through their veins!!!
Looks like they are slowly going to start dropping naps! YIKES!! Olivia gave hers up at 2 1/4 yrs of age (just after I found out I was pregnant with the twins of course!!). Actually, all my kids have by 3 at the latest. They do go to bed at 7:30 easily thougH!
I'm sorry Laura...I am laughing at the third picture though..Did she cry herself into a fit of exhaustion and finally fall asleep on the floor and is that lipstick smeared on her lips????
Ouch. I know too well your pain! I hate when they get overtired. Those are the worst tantrums!
Oh those day are the hardest! For me the whining and crying are enough to put me in the loony bin! Hopefully they will get the hang of the big girl beds soon! Over-tired is the WORST!! I love that you photo documented the sad faces. They will hate that when they get older:)
My favorite is the last photo. LOL!
hi there,
I was just wondering if you got the e-mail I sent you a few days back. I responded about the comment you left wondering about the paperwork for your kids.
Tyler adjusted easily to a big boy bed, but he was in his room alone. I can only imagine how hard it is with two in there to keep each other awake and into trouble. I hope they settle into the newness soon for you.
