An Apology...

An Apology to any and all that encountered me and my twins today. It was not a great day, not a good day. We had some errands to run and the screaming and fit throwing done by two toddlers in unison was unbelieveable! I was embarassed but had no ability to stop it. I tried bribery and many other things but nothing worked. Sydney also climbed out of her stroller and got hurt in a fall. It was miserable and people were very very annoyed. One sweet Grandma offered a lot of sympathy and said she was on the phone with her daughter who also had twins. She said the noise scared her good. I left most of what needed to be done and got out of there as soon as possible. After this event my sister in law and I went to lunch at mimi's (we had a gift certificate which would expire soon). I spent the entire meal running the girls back and forth to the bathroom. It was a total of 6 trips! I ate almost nothing and I was very frustrated. Someone sitting near the bathroom caught my attention to tell me she felt sorry for me as she had been counting my bathroom trips. I guess going to the bathroom that many times was still better than the alternative, accidents. I need to go to bed early tonight, I have had it!

Hoping for a better tomorrow.........it's so hard to have so many things that need to be done and be thwarted by little people. ha ha. Is Sydney OK?

Ugh....sounds like the day I had yesterday. We have had incessant crying around here for days on end and I was about to go insane yesterday. Last night I left Chet home w/the twins and took Bri to dance and went to Target all by MYSELF for an hour!! It wasn't long enough but it did help me have more patience when I got home. I see by reading your post that I have much more to look forward to than incessant crying!! LOL!!

Oh, those days are the worst! I must admit that I almost never run errands with the kids for that very reason. I come home exhausted, frustrated and unhappy. I hope things are much improved!
