She bite, she bite, she bite.......

Sydney (L) Hailey (R) All pics...

Hailey bit Sydney while they were shopping today. It was not a small bite either- it broke skin and Sydney's little finder was swollen. Sydney let out a scream loud enough to break windows (well atleast get everyone staring at me). So I punished Hailey firmly and as further punishment I took Sydney out of the stroller and let her walk. Hailey was beside herself crying and screaming watching Sydney's freedom. I kept reminding her that she was naughty and she bit her sister. Normally I would never let either of them walk in a store, but it seemed to be helping me get across to Hailey the seriousness of her offense. The real sweet part of the story is that after Sydney calmed down, all she cared about was Hailey and how sad she was. She completely forgot the offense and was hugging her, trying to steal jewels for her, anything to make her happy. It was a true lesson in forgiveness. So far this seems to be very much a part of Sydney's personality. She is usually willing to give up what she has if Hailey is crying over it, and she always shares. If I hand her two of something without me even telling either twin to she goes and shares with her sister. Anyway the pics were before we went out running errands...

I LOVE the little girls tights! So cute! Isn't it sweet how sensitive they can be? Elijah might hurt Isaiah and get in trouble for it but Isaiah is right in Elijah's face afterwards trying to make sure he is okay. There is hope for these little ones yet! :)

my girls are exactly like that, especially when kelsey (my biter), gets in trouble for anything and is crying then kaylee will go make sure she is okay. it works the other way around too, but kelsey is usually the one in trouble :). i too agree that the girls tights are adorable~their whole outfits as a matter of fact. i received the package from you today and it was wonderful!!! the outfits are adorable!!! i took a couple of pictures and i AM updating my blog tonight with those pictures as well as some from today in the snow. i took the girls out for the first time and they cried when we had to come back in. they were out there for over an hour too. crazy girls! the older two are still out there, and it's been about 2 1/2 hours for them. we'll be doing a neb treatment when jordan comes in i'm sure. anyway, just wanted to let you know that i enjoyed the update, seems like you handled it well. have a great week!
p.s. sorry to write a book
